Huch, schon 18 Monate vergangen??
Seit dem letzten Eintrag? Na da hat sich einiges getan. Das Kapitel Chalmers Technische Universität Göteborg war im Dezember letzten Jahres abgeschlossen. Unter dem Strich habe ich die Zeit sehr genossen, zum einen durch die spannende Arbeit mit dem Fluoreszenzmikroskop und zum anderen durch die schöne Stadt. Wer mehr über dich Arbeit wissen möchte, der findet einen Seminarvortrag sowie ein Konferenzposter im Anschnitt „Dokumente Download“. Ich grüße hiermit alle Mitarbeiter in der Gruppe von Prof. Höök!!!
In diesem Jahr hieß es für mich: „Back to the roots“, ich hatte eine Anstellung an der Fachhochschule Zittau/Görlitz, an der ich auch studiert hatte. In dieser zeitlich sehr begrenzten Anstellung (März -Juli) habe ich mit einen spannenden Thema beschäftigt, nämlich alternative Energiespeicher auf Silanbasis (SixHy). Hauptbestanteil dieses Speichers ist der Sand, der dem Menschen unbegrenzt zur Verfügung steht. Wer Interesse an diesen Thema oder zur Energieerzeugung und –Nutzung generell hat, der sei auf das Dokument im Anschnitt „Dokumente Download“ verwiesen.
Sonst hat sich auch einiges getan. Zu erwähnen sind zwei sehr schöne Urlaubsreisen, nach Norwegen (2013) und in die schöne West-Mongolei (2014). Besonders unter Eindruck stehe ich noch von der landschaftlich unglaublich schönen Mongolei. Es war ein Traum bei diesen herrlichen Panoramas zu wandern, das Frühstück/Mittagessen respektive Abendbrot zu genießen. Einen herzlichen Gruß an alle Mitreiseden aus und viel Spaß beim Betrachten der Bilder.
Noch ein freudiges Ereignis trug sich am 06. Juni 2014 zu, nämlich die Geburt meines Neffen Lars Strauss. Von dieser Stelle noch mal die aller herzlichsten Glückwünsche an die Eltern und die Schwester Hannah.
So das war es für den Moment und das vorbeischauen auf tkaltofen.com lohnt sich immer!!!

Yikes, already 18 months passed ??
Since the last entry? Well in this period a lot has changed. The chapter Chalmers University of Technology Gothenburg was completed in December last year. Finally I enjoyed the time, on one hand through the exciting work with the fluorescence microscopy and on the other hand living in that beautiful city. If you want to know more about my work, please find a seminar presentation and a conference poster in the issue "Document Download". I hereby greet all the employees in the group of Prof. Höök at the chair for biological physics!!!
This year it was said to me: go "back to the roots", I had an employment at the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz, where I had also studied. During this very limited period (March-July) I've been busy with an exciting topic, namely alternative energy storage material on silane (SixHy). The main component of this molecules is the sand that is available unlimited on earth. For anyone who is interested in this topic or for energy production and utilization in general, is forwarded to the issue "Documents Download"onto the homepage (in this time in German language).
Furthermore a lot of things has changed. Mentioned may be the two very nice holidays, Norway (2013) and in the beautiful West Mongolia (2014). Especially I am still under impression of the incredibly beautiful Mongolia. It was a dream at this magnificent panoramas to walk, ato have breakfast/lunch, dinner, respectively. A cordial greeting to all of travelers and have fun looking at the pictures.
Another happy event came to pass on 06 June 2014, namely the birth of my nephew Lars Strauss. From this point, again the all heartiest congratulations to the parents and sister Hannah.
